Corporate Travel Executive

We are looking for a knowledgeable and customer-focused Travel Consultant to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting clients with travel planning, destination selection, itineraries, bookings, and overall travel arrangements for various domestic and international destinations.

The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of travel destinations and booking processes, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to create personalized travel experiences for clients.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their travel requirements, preferences, and budget.
• Recommend suitable destinations, travel packages, hotels, flights, and activities.
• Create customized travel itineraries based on client requirements.
• Assist clients with flight, hotel, transfer, tour, and activity bookings.
• Prepare accurate travel quotations and package details.
• Coordinate with hotels, airlines, tour operators, and other travel partners.
• Check booking details and travel documents for accuracy.
• Handle client queries through phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Track bookings and provide timely updates to clients.
• Assist clients with changes, cancellations, and other travel-related requirements.
• Stay updated with travel destinations, airline policies, hotel offerings, and industry trends.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings and client information.
• Provide professional support before, during, and after the client’s journey.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in travel consultancy, travel agency, or a related field.
• Good knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations.
• Understanding of flight, hotel, tour, and travel booking procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Ability to manage multiple bookings and deadlines.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and basic computer applications.
• Customer-focused approach and professional attitude.

Nice to Have

• Experience handling domestic and international travel bookings.
• Knowledge of destinations across Asia, Europe, the Middle East, the USA, Canada, and Australia.
• Experience creating customized travel itineraries and holiday packages.
• Previous experience working with a travel agency or tour operator.
• Knowledge of GDS, CRM, or travel management software.
• Experience handling corporate or premium travel clients.
