Visa Consultant

We are looking for a knowledgeable and customer-focused Visa Consultant to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for assisting clients with visa requirements, documentation, application procedures, and overall visa processing for various international destinations.

The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of visa processes, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to guide clients throughout their application journey.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their travel and visa requirements.
• Provide accurate information about visa requirements, documentation, eligibility, and application procedures.
• Assist clients in preparing and reviewing visa application documents.
• Check applications and supporting documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Coordinate with clients to collect required documents and information.
• Stay updated with changes in visa rules, immigration policies, and embassy requirements.
• Coordinate with embassies, consulates, visa application centers, and other relevant authorities when required.
• Track visa applications and provide timely updates to clients.
• Handle client queries through phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Maintain accurate records of applications and client information.
• Ensure applications are submitted within required timelines.
• Provide professional and transparent guidance throughout the visa process.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in visa consultancy, travel consultancy, or a related field.
• Good understanding of visa application processes and documentation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Ability to manage multiple applications and deadlines.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and basic computer applications.
• Customer-focused approach and professional attitude.

Nice to Have

• Experience handling tourist, business, student, or dependent visa applications.
• Knowledge of visa processes for countries such as the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and European countries.
• Previous experience working with a travel agency or immigration consultancy.
• Knowledge of CRM or travel management software.
